Madelen is a communications expert and problem-solver extraordinaire, with extensive experience deftly managing complex, urgent and difficult projects.
With more than nine years in communications and publishing, Madelen has managed and edited several provincial and federal government initiatives aimed at youth, including Career Paths: the Career Planning Guide for BC/Yukon, Motiv8: the School-to-Work Transition Newspaper and the BC WorkinfoNET Youth Site. She has a sharp eye for clear communications and strategic positioning, especially within the not-for-profit sector and with partnership-based initiatives.
Madelen is accustomed to participating in and managing the production of websites and print resources from the research, writing and editing phase all the way through to design, printing or launch, distribution, direct marketing, community outreach and evaluation.
Most recently Madelen has been promoted from Consultant to Director of Operations. In her new role, Madelen will be responsible for managing Junxion’s internal operations and for determining best-practice policies for staff to utilize in their daily work.
