Making performance count At Junxion we help companies to engage in more meaningful conversations with their stakeholders. And the basis of that conversation has to be transparency and honesty, as evidenced in the best sustainability reports.
For 12 years now we have worked with the adidas Group, supporting them in their reporting and sustainability communications journey. Performance is central to sport, so we worked to bring this through in the language of the report.
Under the banner of ‘Performance counts’, we called out achievements at each level of the site, from the homepage through section landing pages to detailed pages reporting on progress against targets.
The stories profiled on the homepage represent how the company has harnessed innovative thinking to address their key issues. They were also chosen with a nod to the potential for ongoing communications. Building on the firm foundations of years of quality reports, the adidas Group can now engage audiences with sustainability messages on a regular basis, creating stronger connections and ultimately more trust with its stakeholders.
