Our Ideas

It’s hard for us to imagine that June is almost upon us. As we look back across the first third of the year, we’re left breathless with the projects we’ve completed.

In January, we completed a half-year project working with Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services on the development of a corporate sustainability vision, vendor survey, best practices document and sustainability training program. Together, these elements are forming the foundation of a corporate-wide commitment to sustainability.

In January, Junxion was engaged, in collaboration with Working Design to develop a new marketing strategy and website for Terra Housing Consultants. Terra Housing provides a range of development management services for social purpose real estate. The goal of this project is to assist them in their business development goals in Western Canada and internationally.

We are also working on a variety of projects with Teekay Corporation, a global marine services company based in Vancouver. Our engagement with Teekay includes advising on the development of a refreshed vision and mission and their sustainability strategy as well as assisting with internal communications around a number of significant initiatives.

As well, we continue to work on a range of other engagements such as the complete program development of the BC Hydro PowerSmart Forum, a behaviour change program for Metro Vancouver and a marketing strategy for the BC Public Service Agency.
