Promoting green stewardship

This summer, the environment and community were prominent themes as Junxion helped an array of clients promote green stewardship.

psf.jpgEarly in 2008, Pacific Salmon Foundation contracted Junxion to create a set of land management certification standards designed to improve water quality in B.C. streams and rivers. These standards will be the basis for a new brand, “River Wise”, which is scheduled for launch this fall. “River Wise” will be piloted in several key industries, from B.C. wine growers and consumer food products to recreational facilities and corporate campuses. An incentive-based consumer program with a companion “eco-label” will encourage customers to support the new standards through the purchase of products bearing the “River Wise” brand.

green_gamesweb1.jpgScience World created the “BC Green Games” program to encourage and reward the green efforts of K-12 students throughout the province. Junxion was asked to create a branded program identity mark and apply it to a contest website inviting students to propose solutions to an environmental challenge in their school or community. In addition to designing the site, Junxion assisted Science World with technology recommendations and a community support package.

With four locations in the Metro Vancouver area, Storage for Your Life wanted to re-launch its storage business with a sustainability commitment to the environment, its employees, and its local communities. Junxion redeveloped the corporate and consumer identity, and applied the new brand to all aspects of the business, including signage, forms, uniforms, and advertising. As agency of record, Junxion will continue the launch of the new brand with media support and a comprehensive consumer marketing program.
