Measure and understand the impact sustainability has on your communities and your business.

See our Case StudiesCurrently, “corporate responsibility” is something that companies must do, but it is not considered a business driver. At Junxion, we believe social purpose is a competitive differentiator, and a true driver of business. That’s why we developed Return on Social Investment (ROSI), a comprehensive measurement approach that measures the impact your social initiatives have on the community, employees, customers, suppliers, NGO watchers and your reputation.

Typically, measurement approaches are about quantitative outputs: how much money was raised or donated, number of employee hours devoted, the number of charities receiving funding. However, these measures don’t evaluate the true social impact of your commitments, activities or corporate philanthropy strategies.

Our approach is to shift from outputs to outcomes, and understand the true impact your actions have on all your key stakeholders. Measuring outcomes and impact can improve how your organisation defines, invests in, and brings to life your social purpose commitment. Knowing how to deepen employee pride, community respect, consumer bonding, or inspire product development is key to driving enduring business success. We’re here to help you optimise all that you do and drive enduring success for your communities and your business.

I’ve been privileged to work with Peter and bring him in on senior, global sustainability projects — like our recent multi phased work with Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services. Peter has a unique ability to distill sustainability into accessible, business-minded, action-oriented solutions for even the most conservative brand. He builds instant trust with clients and seals it with fantastic follow through.”
