Principal

Working with charitable and socially minded organisations makes each challenge more important and infinitely more rewarding.”

An award-winning campaign fundraiser and marketer, Erin inspires donors and consumers to support the causes and businesses that are changing the world.

Based in the UK but working internationally, Erin’s experience with international charities and social ventures is a key component of Junxion’s campaign fundraising and communications offerings.

Whether working from Clarence House or interviewing field staff in rural Mozambique, Erin has a keen ability to recognise and nurture the elements of a programme or business that drive emotion, reaction and response.

Early on, Erin helped double revenues of an accomplished IT outsourcing company before turning her passion for charities into a full-time career. Her international campaign fundraising experience includes the Commonwealth Broadcasting Association and Save the Children campaigns. She also developed best practices approaches – from donor recruitment to retention – by developing and managing national fundraising campaigns for non-profits and organisations such as the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children.

Erin helped launch Prince Harry’s charity, Sentebale, into the US market, opening up cross-Atlantic fundraising. She also helped create and launch Everyclick’s award-winning Give as you Live product, considered an exemplary demonstration of the value of social ventures in the world of campaign fundraising.

Erin was previously on staff with Octopus Strategies (which merged with Junxion in 2011) and helped them earn a position among The Think London Top 100 Companies to Watch in 2011.
