Our Privacy Policy

Junxion Strategy is committed to client and visitor privacy. We have established this Statement as a means to communicate our information gathering and dissemination practices. As technology changes, we reserve the right to change this Statement. We will provide notification of changes at least thirty (30) days prior to the change taking effect.

Information Collection

We fully adhere to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (Canada) and are compliant with CAN-SPAM regulations (US commercial email marketing terms).

Junxion Strategy uses the information that we collect to contact visitors to discuss visitor interest in our company, the services that we offer, and to send information regarding our company or partners, such as promotions and events. Visitor email addresses and any personal customer information will not be distributed or shared with third parties. Visitors and clients can opt out of being contacted by us, or receiving such information from us, at any time by sending an email to privacy@junxionstrategy.com.

Except as otherwise stated at the time we request information, we do not disclose any of your information to third parties.

Visitors are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their user name and password (such as created when signing up for our e-newsletter).

Junxion Strategy may also collect certain information from visitors to and clients of the site, such as Internet addresses. This information is logged to help improve our website.
