Junxion Strategy

New additions to the Junxion team

December 6th, 2007

Junxion welcomed some new team members in 2007.

newteam1.pngIn November, Mary Sturgeon joined Junxion as a consultant. Mary has an extensive communications background, with 17 years of agency experience working with non-profit, government and commercial clients. Prior to Junxion, she worked with a major full-service communications agency for more than 12 years, and during that time, ran its boutique technology-focused subsidiary for three years. In her new role at Junxion, Mary works with clients in a variety of capacities, with a focus on media and stakeholder relations strategy.

Grace Cheng joined the Junxion design team as a creative consultant. As a graduate of the Communication Design program at Emily Carr Institute in Vancouver, Grace’s new role allows her to exercise her strong print and interactive design skills.

Marianne Papadopoulos is the newest addition. As a student in the British Columbia Institute of Technology Broadcast Journalism program, she completed a Junxion internship before joining the team full-time. Marianne’s experience in retail and customer service has prepared her for her new role as a client-driven consultant. Her journalism training has also given her invaluable insight into the workings of media.

In addition, we are pleased to announce Madelen Ortega’s promotion from Consultant to Director of Operations. In her new role, Madelen will be responsible for managing Junxion’s internal operations and for determining best-practice policies for staff to utilize in their daily work.

We are always looking for bright, creative and dedicated people. Learn about job opportunities at Junxion here.
