“We are most impressed with Junxion’s implementation of great user interface features for the 5 Step Solution web page developed for the Employer and Immigrant Success Stories project (www.5stepsolution.ca). As equally impressive was their work done in organizing and attracting media.” - Craig Woods, Program Manager

S.U.C.C.E.S.S. is a multi-service agency promoting the wellbeing of B.C.’s immigrant community. The agency enlisted Junxion Strategy to create a public awareness campaign aimed at bridging the gap between employers and immigrants seeking work, specifically addressing the labour crunch.

Junxion recommended a campaign that would target employers and promote the best online tools already available to them. Without reinventing the wheel, Junxion designed a web resource that provided employers with a single point of entry - 5 Step Solution: Your guide to hiring immigrants. In addition to creating a comprehensive marketing plan for the campaign, Junxion designed and managed production of all supporting materials, including a brand platform, marketing materials, banners/signage and promotional giveaways.

To generate broader awareness, Junxion produced a news release that invited Lower Mainland media to a 5 Step Solution workshop held for members of the business community. The release resulted in coverage from a variety of print and broadcast outlets, locally and in other Canadian markets.

Junxion’s work on this project helped generate greater awareness for hiring immigrants in B.C. and also provided employers with simple, tangible tools for changing their human resources practices to be more inclusive of this valuable labour pool. S.U.C.C.E.S.S. has received many positive responses to the campaign from employers who now feel better prepared to include immigrant workers in the workplace.
